This is the richest and creamiest fudge I've ever eaten. My friends and family love it and I personally can't leave it alone when its in the house. Ingredients:
1-1/3 cups granulated sugar |
1 jar (7oz.) marshmallow cream |
1/4 cup evaporated milk |
1/4 cup butter |
2/3 cup kahlua |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 cups semi sweet choclate chips |
1 cup milk chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans |
1 tbsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Line a 8 inch square baking pan with foil 2. Chop nuts and set aside 3. In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, butter, kahlua and salt 4. Bring to rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes 5. After it boils for the 5 minutes, remove from heat 6. Add all chocolate, stir until melted 7. Add nuts and vanilla 8. Stir until well blended 9. Turn into prepared pan 10. Refrigerate until firm 11. Cut into squares and serve |
