From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. This sounds yummy to top your coffee. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
2 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon kahlua |
Directions:
1. In a chilled bowl, whip cream until it begins to thicken. 2. Add sugar, cocoa and Kahlua. 3. Continue whipping until soft peaks form. 4. Store covered in the refrigerator if not using immediately. |
