a very tasty dessert, that will serve 8. Cooking time includes chilling time. Ingredients:
5 teaspoons plain gelatin |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/3 cup kahlua |
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup of cold water and gelatin and let soften for 4-5 minutes. 2. Mix cocca, 1 cup water, Kahula, salt, and softened gelatin. 3. Bring to a boil and boil over medium heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat . 5. Pour mixture into a large bowl, and add milk, and vanilla, mixing well. 6. Chill for one hour. 7. Fold whipped topping into mixture and divide into 8 dessert cups. 8. Chill for at least 1 hour, and serve. |
