This is a very easy Kahlua chocolate cake to make as it starts with a devil's food cake mix. Easy and deliciious! Ingredients:
1 (18-22 oz.) box devil's food chocolate cake mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, Kahlua and oil. Beat with electric mixer for 3-5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. 3. Pour into pan and bake 45-55 minutes. Check the cake and see if done after 45 minutes. Do not overbake. 4. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove from pan to cool on wire rack. 5. Frost with your favorite icing. |
