Delicious, easy, and oh-so-moist - this cake is always a hit. Garnish with powdered sugar and sliced strawberries Ingredients:
1 (10 1/4 ounce) box chocolate cake mix |
1 (1 lb) container sour cream |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup kahlua |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
1 (12 ounce) ghirardelli double chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into bundt pan. 2. Cook at 350 until toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 40 minutes. 3. Cool for 10 minutes, invert and serve. Excellent with ice cream, or alone. |
