Good coffee at home! Ingredients:
1 cup , strong hot coffee (espresso works well) |
sugar |
1 ounce rum |
1 ounce kahlua |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Moisten the top edge of a coffee cup with a little rum.
2. Place a little sugar on a dish, and dip the cup into the sugar to coat rim. Add the rum and the Kahlua, and mix together.
3. Add the hot coffee, and stir quickly to mix.
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. The whipped cream prevents the alcohol from escaping.
