IT had several desserts and entree's that he wanted me to make for our dinner that saturday.

Ingredients:

1 fluid ounce kahlua

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup hot espresso

Directions:

1. Pour in the hot espresso first, then the Kahlua and then your ice cream.
2. Drink and enjoy.

4. You can also add a shot of greeen creme de minthe liqueur to the mix and pour over pistachio ice cream instead of vanilla.
