This recipe goes with Ahi Poke-tini Ingredients:
3 kaffir lime leaves or 1 teaspoon lime zest |
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup water |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat. Simmer 4 minutes or until mixture has reduced by half. 2. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
