20 Minute Meals Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice |
2 cups vegetables or 2 cups chicken broth |
4 kaffir lime leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in 2 quart saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring once and cover. 3. Reduce heat to medium low and gently simmer until rice is tender, 15 minutes. 4. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove lime leaves before serving. |
