Kacoo's Broccoli Salad

This recipe is from the cookbook, Ralph & Kacoo, A Taste of Louisiana. Ralph & Kacoo's is a seafood restaurant with locations in Louisiana and Texas. I don't care for olives and omit them.
Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup stuffed green olive, sliced
8 green onion tops, chopped
5 hardboiled egg
1 lb bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing
Directions:
1. Fry bacon, drain off drippings and crumble bacon.
2. Lightly toss broccoli, olives, green onions, eggs, and bacon together.
3. Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over broccoli mixture.
