This recipe is from the cookbook, Ralph & Kacoo, A Taste of Louisiana. Ralph & Kacoo's is a seafood restaurant with locations in Louisiana and Texas. I don't care for olives and omit them. Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces |
1 cup stuffed green olive, sliced |
8 green onion tops, chopped |
5 hardboiled egg |
1 lb bacon |
1 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon, drain off drippings and crumble bacon. 2. Lightly toss broccoli, olives, green onions, eggs, and bacon together. 3. Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over broccoli mixture. |
