I serve this over rice Ingredients:
3 cups zucchini |
3 cups portabella mushroom |
1 cup green peppers |
1 onion |
431 g select beef round |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove |
1 salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a small town grate garlic glove into olive oil. 2. Cube up everything but the onion to a little bitter then bite size. 3. Cut onion into strips or rings. Thread beef and onions onto kabob sticks. 4. Then take the zucchini, mushrooms and peppers and do the same on their own kabobs. 5. Coat all with oil and garlic mixture. 6. Cook meat kabobs to your liking and the veggies no more then 15 minutes. |
