all I can say is yummy! Ingredients:
40 saltines |
1 cup butter (2 sticks) |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
12 ounces dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil. Arrange a single layer of saltines on foil. 2. • In a small saucepan add butter and sugar, bring to boil, stirring now and again. 3. • Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour over crackers and bake 6-8 minutes. 4. • Immediately sprinkle chips over and spread with a spoon as it melts. 5. • Let cool and break into chunks. Store at room temperature. |
