A Very healthy dip or spread for anything you want to spice up. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 (4 ounce) can canned diced green chiles, don't drain |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1/3 of a lime (juiced) |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon house blend seasoning (#326920) |
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper (pickled & chopped) (optional) |
Directions:
1. 1.) Mix well in a processor and refrigerate 4 hours. 2. serve with chips, vegetables, or use as a spread. |
