Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg zucchini
60 g butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Slice and steam the zucchini.
2. Melt the butter and toss with the steamed zucchini, add the lemon juice, crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
3. Serve with chicken, pork or any of your favour meats.
4. You could also serve it with nice steamed white fish.
