Four ingredients - no breading or cheese. Serve at room temperature. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 tomatoes, halved lengthwise |
1 garlic clove, pressed |
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. In skillet, heat oil, add tomatoes; cook over med heat, turning once so they brown on both sides. 2. Add garlic; cook stirring gently 15-20 SECONDS until garlic is golden brown; watch it doesn't burn. 3. Stir in vinegar and water; cook, basting constantly 3 minutes until liquid has evaporated. |
