This is a popular dish in my house because it's rich in flavor and never dry. It goes great with buttered peas and pierogies or Perfect Mashed Potatoes Every Time. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together except barbecue sauce. 2. Put into a loaf pan, spread barbecue sauce evenly over the top. 3. Bake at 350°F for one hour or until done. |
