YUMMY FLAKY TENDER AND MOIST Ingredients:
just good ole country buttermilk biscuits |
2 cups self rising flour |
1 stick butter |
2/3 to 3/4 cup buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Blend butter into flour with a pastry blender or fork. 3. Stir in just enough buttermilk to form a soft dough. 4. Knead and handle as little as possible. 5. Roll out into floured board and cut into 2 inch rounds. 6. Bake for 10-13 minutes. |
