Jurgita's Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancake

A gluten-free treat that reminds a pancake. Only much more nutritious, with 7grams of fiber and 10g of protein! :-) If you like it very sweet, you can add some honey to the batter. Honey in this recipe is only used for topping.
Ingredients:
1 small banana, mashed
2 t ground flax seeds
1 medium egg
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 oil spray
1/2 t raw honey
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F, if baking, not frying.
2. Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT honey carefully.
3. Baking: Pour the batter in a small greased oven-proof bowl. Bake for 10 minutes. Put honey on top and enjoy! :-)
4. Frying: Spray the pan with oil and pour the batter into one large circle shape. Flip. Cook till it's done. :-) Top the warm pancake with honey. Enjoy!
