Such a tasty low-calorie, purely natural treat with no added oils or sugars. The only fat that is there comes from sunflower seeds, and the sugar comes from fruit. How sweet! :-)
Ingredients:
2 small bananas
1 1/4 cups oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup dates
1 medium apple
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. Grate the apple.
3. Mash bananas and add them to the apples.
4. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix, crumble, stir with hands until all the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
5. Spread and press the mix on the bottom 8X8in pan.
6. Bake for 30mins.
7. Enjoy!
