Onion rings soaked in milk and coated in seasoned flour. Ingredients:
1 large onion, cut into rings |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon garlic |
1 tablespoon cayenne |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine seasonings in the flour. 2. Soak onion rings in milk. 3. Coat onion rings in flour mixture. Shake off excess flour. 4. Heat vegetable oil and fry onion rings. 5. Lay on paper towel for draining. 6. Enjoy! |
