Jumbleberry Green Tea Punch |

You might have thought it would never arrive, but it's finally time to welcome spring. Invite friends and family over to kiss those winter blues goodbye and celebrate the coming season with this refreshing punch. Ingredients:
10 mint leaves |
3 cups frozen mixed fruit, thawed and divided (jumbleberry) |
2 tablespoons liquid honey |
1 teaspoon minced ginger |
1 (2 liter) carton chilled green tea, with honey and ginseng divided |
2 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place mint leaves in a large pitcher and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon, until slightly bruised. Gently stir in 2 cups of the fruit blend, honey and ginger into mint; reserve. 2. Combine remaiing fruit blend with 1 cup Green tea. Crush until a slightly chunky paste forms. Let stand 15 minutes. Strain juice from the crushed-fruit mixture into pitcher; discard pulp in strainer. Add ice to pitcher and pour remaining tea over ice. Stir well. |
