Ingredients:
1 can(s) white beans |
1 container(s) fresh salsa |
1 can(s) green chilis |
olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
2 package(s) chicken thighs |
1 sweet onion |
1/2 yellow peooer |
2 cup(s) chicken broth |
cilantro |
sour cream |
2 teaspoon(s) cumin |
cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook onions, peppers and chilis in oil. Add flour stir. Add broth and salsa. Add chicken thighs. Bring to simmer. Cook in oven at 350 for 60 minutes. Shred chicken. Add beans. Cook a little while longer. |
