I am posting this recipe so I do not loose it. My family would disown me if I could not make this, my son-in-law says i should open a store and sell this. You can either can it or freeze it. Ingredients:
22 tomatoes |
9 hot peppers |
5 large onions |
2 bell peppers |
1 cup white vinegar |
3/4 cup sugar |
30 ounces tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Cut all vegetables and run through food processor .Put all ingredients in a large pot and cook for at least 30-40 min or until desired consistency ( I usually cook it longer) After it is done you can either process it in a hot bath or put it containers and freeze it. |
