My mom used to love this, but it's a little tomato-EY for me. Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
2 slices bread, torn up |
1 egg, beaten |
2 -3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
a-1 steak sauce |
1 can mushroom, optional |
1 teaspoon onion flakes |
salt and pepper |
garlic salt |
1/2-1 cup milk |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except A-1 and tomato sauce together in casserole dish. 2. Mix sauces and pour over top. 3. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. |
