You can sub lime juice instead of lemon; can sub red onion instead of white. Tomato is optional - add just before serving. Ingredients:
2 avocados, chopped |
1/3 cup white onion, chopped |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1/8 tsp kosher salt |
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped |
1 cup tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Mash avocado until reached desired consistency. |
