You can sub lime juice instead of lemon; can sub red onion instead of white. Tomato is optional - add just before serving.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, chopped
1/3 cup white onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped
1 cup tomato, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mash avocado until reached desired consistency.
