Julie's Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Chinese food that is healthy, light, and quick!
Ingredients:
4 oz r.p.c. boneless skinless chicken breast sngl
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup broccoli, raw
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil, canola
1 clove garlic, raw
1 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Cut up chicken breast into 1/2 inch strips or 1 inch chunks.
2. Dredge chicken in flour and dust off excess.
3. Add 0.5 tbsp of oil in a hot pan.
4. Add chicken and stir fry until almost done, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.
5. Clean out the pan with paper towels, add rest of oil.
6. Cook garlic until fragrant, then add broccoli and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
7. Add water and soy sauce, and then return chicken to pan.
8. Season with pepper and/or salt to taste.
