Julie's Candied Walnuts

A great treat for when the weather turns cold.
Ingredients:
1 lb walnuts
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Stir together Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt and Milk.
2. Cook over medium heat for roughly 8 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in Vanilla.
4. Add Walnuts, stirring to coat.
5. Spread on wax paper covered cookie sheet and separate with a fork.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until toasted.
7. Let cool.
