Got this recipe from a friend in my mom's group. Can add pepper, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, roasted bell pepper, hot pepper, whatever you want for a different flavor
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, 1/4 liquid drained (reserve)
2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Check texture and continue to blend until desired texture is reached. Add reserved bean liquid if needed.
