Just a recipe I came up with for breakfast this morning. Ingredients:
2 medium eggs |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 slices great value white bread |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients, except bread, together. 2. Spray a skillet with pam. 3. Dip bread on both sides in mixture. 4. Brown on both sides in skillet. |
