Just plain fruit salad, nothing fancy, just pure fruit. This is great to make up and have in the fridge. It lasts about 5 days without getting too mushy. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice |
1 apple (peeled, cored and diced) |
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges |
1 (15 ounce) can pink grapefruit slices (cut in half) |
1 pint blueberries |
1 pint raspberries |
1 pint strawberry (sliced) |
1 cup green seedless grape, halved |
Directions:
1. Mix all fruits together, juice and all and enjoy. 2. Note you can add banana to this, however, add it at serving time to individual servings. |
