Reduce the rate of blood sugar, stop bad breath problems and even restore some essential nutrients to the human body. Ingredients:
1 apple |
1 medium cucumber |
1/2 cup walnuts |
3 cabbage |
10 g flax seeds |
3 sprigs fresh mint or 3 sprigs lemongrass or 3 sprigs lemon balm |
1 sweet potatoes (or other) or 1 yam (or other) |
1 piece fresh ginger or 1 carrot |
Directions:
1. Place the apple in a blender and use the pestle until cucumber as the first liquid to form. Strain and return to the blender. Add sprouted grains, edible green leaves, vegetable and root chosen. Vary the vegetables whenever possible and use, preferably, the organic. Strain in a sieve cloth and drink right away. |
