Ingredients:
2 cup(s) flour |
2 cup(s) white sugar |
1 stick(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) canola oil |
1 cup(s) water |
4 tablespoon(s) cocoa |
2 whole(s) eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 cup(s) milk |
2 tablespoon(s) vinegar |
6 tablespoon(s) butter |
4 tablespoon(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) cocoa |
1 box(es) vanilla |
1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar |

Directions:
1. CAKE: 2. Add vinegar to milk - stir. Let set. Blend Flour and sugar in a large bowl. 3. Mix stick of butter, 1/2c of oil, 1 c of water in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Add 4 T cocoa. Mix well and pour over flour and sugar. 4. Add 2 beaten eggs, vinegar/milk mixture, baking soda, and cinnamont. Mix well and pour on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400. 5. FROSTING 6. Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil, adding cocoa last. Add vanilla, powdered sugar and nuts (optional) 7. After cake is done and warm, spread frosting on cake. |
