Judy's Tax Season Corned Beef and Cabbage |

Judy serves this during tax season because her kids love it, and her husband (an accountant) doesn't. Ingredients:
corned beef |
1 cabbage |
1 tablespoon pickling spices |
4 -6 red potatoes |
Directions:
1. In large kettle, cover corned beef with water, add spices and bring to boil. 2. Lower heat and simmer 3 hours. 3. Slice cabbage into wedges, wash potatoes. 4. Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour, then add cabbage and cook 15 minutes. |
