I remember my Mom making this when I was a kid, and I always loved it. Since she has recently passed on, I wanted to record it somewhere so that I don't have to worry about forgetting it. Try it, very very good!! -PS-I'm not sure of the oz size of the soup, but just a regular size can of soup and your choice on the size can of mushrooms..mini or regular Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice |
1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup |
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Melt the half stick of butter in a glass baking dish, in a 350 oven. When butter is melted, add rice, soup & mushrooms. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, whenever rice is puffed up/done. |
