1 cup self-rising corn meal (stone ground if you can get it) |
3/4 cup milk |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together 2. Pour into muffin pan to make 6 medium-size muffins 3. Cook in preheated 400 F oven |
