Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising corn meal (stone ground if you can get it)
3/4 cup milk
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix it all together
2. Pour into muffin pan to make 6 medium-size muffins
3. Cook in preheated 400 F oven
