We serve this every New Year's Day. A great way to have the black-eyed peas we think we have to eat on New Years. Ingredients:
1 medium onion |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 151/2 ounce can peas, rinsed and drained |
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix |
4 ounces mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter. 2. Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella Cheese together. 3. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and place cheese on top. 4. Heat until cheese is melted. 5. Serve with Corn Chips. |
