Juan's Buttery Garlic Chicken |

I decided to make Juan's Favorite Hot Buttered Garlic Shrimp #54297. It turn out fantastic, so I thought why not try it with chicken, I was very pleased with the results. Smartlilpunkincookie (the chef that created the wonderful shrimp dish) insisted that I post the recipe for the chicken recipe. So here it is, I hope you will enjoy it as much as our family did. Ingredients:
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons minced garlic (more or less depending on taste) |
garlic powder |
lemon pepper |
cajun seasoning |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix garlic with butter.
3. Place breasts in 9X13 pan and smooth butter mixture all over breasts.
4. Sprinkle heavily with with seasonings.
5. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, basting with butter occasionally.
