This is excellent...my mom's recipe! Ingredients:
56 ounces canned tomatoes |
29 ounces tomato sauce |
12 ounces tomato paste |
1 (6 ounce) can mixed mushrooms |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon yellow mustard |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
4 teaspoons onion powder |
1/4 cup sweet pepper flake |
1/2 cup parsley flakes |
2 garlic cloves |
5 -6 basil leaves |
1 (32 ounce) box spaghetti noodles |
Directions:
1. Chopped mushrooms, and garlic in small pieces. 2. Add all ingredients in large pot, except basil and spaghetti noodles. 3. Simmer for 4-6 hours. 4. Uncover the last hour and add basil leaves. 5. Prepare spaghetti noodles. 6. Yummy! |
