Perfect for sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce. Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) cans light chunk tuna in water |
1 cup celery |
3 teaspoons pickle juice |
3 dill pickles |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup onion |
3/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix drained tunafish and pepper in bowl. 2. Chop onion, celery and pickle into very small pieces and add to bowl. 3. Add remaining ingredients, combine. |
