Great tasting breakfast. Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) box jiffy pizza crust mix |
1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
5 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage until brown, drain. 2. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. 3. Spoon cooked sausage over crust, sprinkle with thawed hashbrowns, top with cheese. 4. In a bowl beat together eggs and milk and pepper. Pour over crust. 5. Bake at 375 degress for 25-30 minutes. |
