Joy Shrimp Stir Fry

Shrimp and vegetable stir fry best served with rice or chinese bean thread noodles.
Ingredients:
13 oz shrimp
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 cup celery
2 carrot
1 1/2 cups asparagus
2 cup chicken broth
4 cups water
1 clove garlic
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
1 g equal
Directions:
1. cut all vegetables in 1/2 inch pieces
2. cut shrip in halves
3. Set Wok on Medium high.
4. Add 1/2 Tbs Olive oil and half garlic grated to pan then add shrimp
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and remove from pan, set aside for later
6. add remainder olive oil and garlic to wok
7. add onion and carrot cook stiring constantly for 3 minutes
8. add celery and green pepper to pan cook 3 minutes
9. add asparagus to wok and cook for 5 minutes
10. combine in small bowl fish sauce, teriyaki sauce, and 1.5 packet equal stir to disolve equal then add mixture to wok and return shrimp to wok stir until vegetables are at desired consistancy and remove from heat.
11. This is best served with Bean Thread chinese noodles or over rice.
