This is a very filling chili, I love it served with traditional cornbread. For something different serve it over Frito Corn Chips Ingredients:
1 to 1.5 lbs. ground beef |
1 medium size onion chopped |
1/2 medium green pepper chopped |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1 can tomato soup |
1 can diced tomatoes |
1 12 oz. can v8 |
1 15 oz. can kidney beans - drained |
1 15 oz. can pinto beans - drained |
1 15 oz. can butter beans - drained |
2 tab. packaged taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain and place in crock pot 2. Saute' onion, celery, mushrooms and green pepper - you may add a small amount of olive oil if needed. Add to ground beef. 3. Add other ingredients, stir together. 4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. |
