This recipe makes two pizzas, eight slices each. Nutritional values for one serving refer to one slice. This is a very fast pizza crust, thick and doughy. Ingredients:
4 c white flour |
2 c whole wheat flour |
2 tbsp baking powder |
24 oz beer |
292 g mexican style four cheeses |
663 g chicken breast boneless skinless raw |
340 g three pepper and onion blend or one bag |
226 g mushrooms or two cans |
340 g frozen spinach |
566 g canned pineapple |
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
18 g garlic |
452 g tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Mix white flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and beer. 3. Spray two 9x13 baking pans with cooking spray or grease it in your usual manner. 4. Divide the dough in half, spread evenly on the pans. 5. Chop the chicken breasts, sautee with the all the vegetables. Spread the mixture evenly on the crusts. 6. Sprinkle the cheese on the crusts 7. Bake at 425 until cheese is melted and the edges of the crusts are browned (about 25 minutes). |
