This is my daughter-in-law's favorite veggie dish. The recipe came from her mother and my friend, Tanya. It is a little spicy, but, really delicious!! Ingredients:
3 (10 ounce) frozed chopped spinach |

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
buttered bread crumb |
Directions:
1. Add spinach, butter and chopped onion into medium saucepan and cook until tender. 2. Drain liquid from spinach and save 1/2 cup of the liquid 3. Transfer spinach into bowl. 4. In saucepan, add evaporated milk and the liquid from spinach and cook until slightly thickened. 5. Add jalapeno cheese, worchestersire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. 6. Stir in spinach and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. 7. Top with buttered bread crumbs. 8. Bake ata 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
