I'm not a big fan of bananas, however, I love them like this! Absolutely sinful. I love this on top of vanilla icecream. Ingredients:
1 stick of butter |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 pinch of nutmeg |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
little cream |
1/2 cup rum |
bananas |
Directions:
1. Melt butter 2. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and cream 3. cook until carmelized 4. Cut bananas longways and in half (half of banana is 1 serving) 5. Put in caramel mixture 6. cover bananas 7. Add rum and carefully light with a lighter 8. Fire will go out on it's own. 9. Serve on top of vanilla icecream or rice pudding 10. Enjoy! |
