This pasta dish combines Italian sausage, red bell peppers, and your favorite pasta sauce, for a simple and satisfying supper. Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) package johnsonville italian mild sausage links |
1 (16 ounce) package rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 large sweet red bell pepper, chopped |
1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce |
2 tablespoons chopped italian parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage links according to package instructions; drain, cut into 1/2-inch pieces and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute garlic and red pepper until crisp-tender. Add prepared sausage, pasta, and marinara sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve. |
