This makes more a pancake style breakfast food. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 ounces buttermilk |
1 1/8 cups milk |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients & mix well. 2. In separate bowl, combine eggs & milk. 3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. 4. Drizzle in butter. 5. Ladle 2 oz on to hot griddle. 6. Flip as you would a pancake, and finish cooking. 7. Top with maple syrup or your favorite fruit. |
