Delicious with tostadas or use this as a vegetarian taco filling for taco shells. You can stuff a burrito with this, too! The possibilities are endless. Add whatever ingredients you like; omit those that you don't. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
15 ounces black beans |
1 rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 taco seasoning mix |
1/2 cup onion |
2 chipotle chilis in adobo seasoning |
Directions:
1. Open cans. 2. Drain beans, corn and black beans. 3. Add all ingredients to the crock pot. (Be sure to use only 2 chipotle chilis NOT 2 cans of chili) 4. Cover and cook on low 4 hours until bubbly and onion is cooked. |
