Very easy to put together and very tasty. Ingredients:
3/4 cup dry pasta shells |
1 lb ground beef |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained) |
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles (7-10 minutes) and drain. 2. In large skillet, add ground beef, onions and salt. 3. Cook until beef is browned. 4. Add the cooked noodles and the rest of the ingredients. 5. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. |
