Here's an recipe from Regis's daughter Joanna.This recipe sure dose look good don't it? Ingredients:
4 squares unsweetened chocolate |
1 cup butter |
2 cups sugar |
4 large eggs, room temp |
1 cup all purpose flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup chocolate chips or m&m's |
1/2 cup chocolate chips or m&m's |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Melt butter and chocolate.
3. Add sugar.
4. Blend.
5. Beat in eggs.
6. Add flour, vanilla, marshmallows, nuts and 1 cup chocolate chips or M&M's or a combination of both.
7. Generously grease a 13 inch by 9 inch pan.
8. Spread out batter.
9. Top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips or M&M's or combination.
10. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
